Base is made of a pliable metal panel with a 1” ball socket.
Padded with ½” high density neoprene foam and a 1” thick
layer of super-soft Visco-Cel Foam.

• Removable zippered standard or reversed dartex cover.
• Substitute at no-charge, the breathable Air-mesh cover.




Molded Urethane Headrest Pads (4 to choose from)
Base is made of a pliable metal panel with a 1” ball socket.
Covered in a protective molded urethane foam that is easily
wiped clean.





Tri-Panel Hinged Headrest Pads
Comes as a set of 3 hinged (adult or pediatric) pads offering
posterior and adjustable lateral head support. Made with
½” multi-ply wood, 1” socket adaptor interface, 1” Soft Visco-
Cel foam.

• Standard Dartex upholstery.
• Specify other fabric choices and colors.
