Offset multi-axis hdrest brkt w/tri-panel pediatric, Air-mesh - Comes as a set of 3 hinged pads (Small pads – 4”W x 4” HT – Large Pad – 5” W x 4” HT) pads offering posterior and adjustable lateral head support. Made with ½” multi-ply wood, 1” socket adaptor interface, 1” Soft Visco-Cel foam covered with removable air-mesh cover. The offset multi-axis bracket gives a better posterior range and/or adjustment with a detachable bracket and 1" ball socket.
