Tri-Panel Hinged hearest pads pediatric, std-dartex - Comes as a set of 3 hinged pads (Small pads – 4”W x 4” HT – Large Pad – 5” W x 4” HT) pads offering posterior and adjustable lateral head support. Made with ½” multi-ply wood, 1” socket adaptor interface, 1” Soft Visco-Cel foam covered with removable standard dartex cover.
